I have always been a member of veiwbug I really enjoy wat I do . I am in the top 10 % for the last 2 months and I had an error somehow .
I have always chosen monthly payments. I did indeed see and review the annual membership but I would not be able to afford. I was contacting you to let you know I never agreed with the purchase. But yet I found out I did through email and was shocked it accepted the annual payment.
I know you can go monthly under a different column .
Please refund the purchase as I did not accept this amount or annual membership and change to remembering for one year charged monthly . I just paid you last week?
User's recommendation: It was an error of some sort . Fun exciting company to be with . Make sure to know the difference between annual and monthly membership charges and agreements.
Monetary Loss: $219.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
