ViewBud customer service didn't care about my complaint at all.
All i need is refund to my wife $79 Sylvie Nguyen and close her account.
That was a disaster my overall experience with ViewBug customer.
So, I left ViewBug for another photo site much more SERIOUS.

VIEWBUG males entering competitions are now sending me messages .. asking me to sell them ten of my photos.. and contact them on Telegram! Offering $5000.. their wording is exact. Scammers
I explained it in the above theres three guys one after the other within a space of a day are offering me $5000 to purchase my photos flowers feet hands etc and to contact them on Telegram. At first I thought it was legit and I tried to contact the first guy.
Obviously wasnt there, so I sent him a message saying face chat me or send me your email address.
But they are definitely scammers. What can you do about this?

Other members were contacting me saying they wanted to buy my photographs. I instantly suspected a scam as they were asking me to sell them outside of Viewbug, on WhatsApp etc..
This is supposedly against Viewbug policy and I was asking them to clarify this situation and if these "rogue" members were behaving illegally.
I have received no response from Viewbug and certainly not a confirmation that these people are probably scammers.

I already contacted you a few days ago. My wife never wanted to be ViewBug customer.
She paid MY MEMBERSHIP FEES with HER VISA CARD $82 Platinum.
Despite my complaint. ViewBug didn't cancel her account and refund her.
Another error, when i upload a new image, it's stocked in my wife's gallery!
So, please cancel HER ADHESION and REFUND HER.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Through my credit card not by viewing.
I was charged 50.00 for what I dont know havent used viewbug in over 5 years. Thought I had membership cancelled. I cant contact costumer service.

I had a free trial and went to delete the subscription in time but found out the only way is to delete my account, which I finally did. However, I was still billed under $100.
I have called and emailed twice, and I haven't heard anything back, not a peep!
So now, what do I do? I'm out of that money from a company that won't even acknowledge me.

Viewbug is only good at a replying if it has to do with their money collection.
If there is a problem you don't hear back. This is my 3rd attempt at a connection

When ever I attempt get inot my Viewbug account the site comes up with an E-mail update to recieve notifications from View bug. The site is not accepting the email I regualry use to recieve notifications from Viewbug.
My subscription started September of 2023 and will not expire until September 2024. I am unable to update my subscription or upload photos any contest even though I get regular email notifications from Viewbug.
Frequent attempts have been made to resolve this issue through the Viewbug help desk. No reply has been recieved.

One photo of my gallery was removed a few weeks ago. I wrote to editors to complaint and i received no answers.
It was one photo of a cover of PHOTO magazine( American edition).
The model shown was not naked!
In the past, other photographer's imagesI were also removed.
I think it's not CORRECT nor ELEGANT because i paid my membership fees. If i committed a FAULT, i like to know WHY?

About a month ago I sent my annual membership payment via my credit card. Several weeks ago I got a message, on my Viewbug website' from the "co-founder' Ori that my payment didn't go through.
I made the mistake of resending it before asking my wife about it. Anyways, with her help I found the annual payment was made. I've called 'customer service' four times, at different times, and get the same record message - "Our customer representatives are all busy send us an e-mail and we'll get right back to you". I sent them an e-mail two weeks ago and haven't heard from them.
On top of that I sent a response to the 'co-founder' the same day and four days later and haven't heard from him. Thankfully, I've contacted my credit card company and am having my payment rescinded.
